Misty rain casts a subtle fog across the land as I gaze towards the mountain ridge. I feel a cool breeze brush past me as little rain drops tickle my skin. I don't visit this place often but when I do I remember the sweet kiss of summer as a young child. Enamored by the silhouette of the rocky mountains. I only lived in this place for the smaller years of my life but it will always be home to me.
